Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or force majeure events.

Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Orders are packaged according to size to ensure your items arrive safely.

Once your package leaves our possession, we are not responsible for any issues during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if problems arise.

Yes. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it — unless marked as “Final Sale.”

“Final Sale” items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with proof (photos or videos). If approved, we’ll refund you and cover the return shipping.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want something else, return your item (if eligible) and place a new order after your refund is processed.

If it’s due to damage or a defect, we cover the cost. If it's due to a change of mind or customer error, you’ll need to pay for the return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 1–2 weeks from the day we receive your returned item.
